Where we work in New York

Our office is located at 985 3rd Avenue in Midtown East, Manhattan. From there we cover most of the city — with regular work in Manhattan, Brooklyn, and Queens, and additional coverage in selected neighborhoods.

A Manhattan-based team working across the city

Most of our weekly work is concentrated within Manhattan, particularly Midtown, the Upper East Side, the Upper West Side, and the surrounding neighborhoods that are within close reach of our 3rd Avenue office. From this location we can typically reach properties in Manhattan within the same day during business hours.

Outside Manhattan, we regularly take on residential and commercial projects in Brooklyn — especially the brownstone neighborhoods, Downtown Brooklyn, and the waterfront areas — and in Queens, with most of that work focused in Long Island City and other parts of western Queens. Scheduling for the outer boroughs depends on existing job loads and equipment placement.

If your property is outside the areas listed below, you're welcome to contact us anyway. We can let you know whether we're a good fit for the project or, if not, point you in a sensible direction.

Work in your area

Manhattan

The majority of our work happens in Manhattan apartments, co-ops, and office spaces. Familiarity with older buildings, narrow service entrances, and freight-elevator scheduling is part of the routine.

Brooklyn

Restoration in Brooklyn often involves multi-story brownstones and townhouses, where moisture can travel between floors. We approach those projects with that vertical layout in mind.

Queens

Work in Queens is centered in Long Island City and adjacent neighborhoods, including newer condo developments and ground-floor commercial spaces.
