Our work is centered on the everyday situations that affect New York properties — slow leaks behind walls, supply line failures in upstairs apartments, ceiling damage from roof or plumbing issues, and saturated subfloors after appliance breakdowns.

The company is led by Eloise Cranbrook, who keeps the team focused on a straightforward operating principle: assess carefully, do only what the situation requires, and leave the property ready for normal use again.

Our scope intentionally stays within water damage cleanup, structural drying, moisture control, and interior restoration support. We don't run sales-driven services or contracts — most of our calls come from property managers, building owners, residents, and small commercial tenants who need clear answers about what is happening in their space.

Our Approach

Inspection, cleanup, drying, and restoration support

We follow a consistent sequence on every project — adapted to the building, the materials involved, and the client's situation.

On-site inspection

We start by walking the affected area, identifying the water source if it isn't obvious, and mapping the extent of moisture in walls, floors, and ceilings using moisture meters.

Containment & cleanup

The work area is contained where appropriate, standing water is removed, saturated and unsalvageable materials are taken out, and surfaces are cleaned.

Structural drying

Air movers and dehumidifiers are placed and tuned to the situation, with daily moisture readings to track progress and adjust placement.

Restoration support

Once the area is dry, we coordinate or perform interior restoration support — drywall patching, finish work, and final cleanup — so the space is usable again.
